SYNOX® PF and SECUJET® - Candle Precoat Filters
Precoat Filtration with D.E. (Kieselgur) on Candle Filters is the most widespread method of beer filtration today. The SYNOX PF along with his smaller brother SECUJET® have become a standard in the industry. The patented STABOX® Candles and the optimized JET CONTROL™ inlet distributor guarantee an even precoat and minimized mixing of product. The SYNOX PF is especially designed to be used with alternative Filter Aids as well.
SYNOX® PS
The SYNOX® PS has transfered the well established candle filter technology to the field of beer stabilisation with reusable PVPP. Its main features are low production and maintenance costs (no moving parts), short preparation time by a specially developed regeneration and cleaning process, low PVPP loss, and minimal energy consumption. The JET CONTROL™ inlet distributor provides a perfect distribution of PVPP and a reduced mixing of product.
CERINOX® BR - Ceramic Crossflow Microfiltration
The cross-flow procedure for the beer recovery from yeast is used in filter plants with special ceramic membranes. During the filtration these are gushed turbulently parallel to the surface. The spaces for filtered and unfiltered liquid are separated by the membranes. The advantages of the cross-flow membrane filtration are:
- better quality and economy at the same time
- short amortization time
- modular construction
- low operating and supervising function.

FIBRAFIX® Depth Filter Sheets and FILTRODUR® Washable Sheets
FILTROX Depth Filter Sheets (Depth Filter Pads) are used in a wide range of retention range for the filtration of beer. The range covers coarse filtration, clarifying filtration to sterile filtration.
