Foundation of FILTROX Engineering AG
The FILTROX Group is pleased to announce an important change in its corporate structure.
To service the market for complex projects and turn-key plants, in a more focused way all engineering activities of FILTROX will be bundled in the newly found company FILTROX Engineering AG.
FILTROX Engineering AG will have its offices on the premises of FILTROX AG in St. Gallen/Switzerland. It will start its activities on January 1, 2011. It will be a 100% subsidiary of the FILTROX Group Holding.
Mr. Jürg Zuber was nominated as Managing Director of this new company. Jürg Zuber has been with the FILTROX Group for over 10 years. His last function was Chief Technical Officer and he was a member of the management board of FILTROX AG.
FILTROX Engineering AG will offer the following successful product groups for Brewing and other Food&Beverage applications around the world:
- SYNOX® PF precoat candle filter plants
- SYNOX® PS PVPP-stabilisation plants
- CERINOX® BR crossflow beer recovery plants
- CERINOX® MF crossflow microfiltration plants
- FOM 110 horizontal leaf filters
- TURNKEY-projects in all areas of filtration, including the necessary control systems
- FILTROCARE® after sales service for all of the above product groups
The marketing of all other product groups as well as the manufacturing of filter vessels and filter apparatus remains at FILTROX AG.
We are certain this new structure will allow us to offer our customers an even better service by clearly focusing on the needs of the different industries and applications.
