Characteristics
The NOVOX® is a high precision stainless steel plate & frame filter for depth filtration, designed and manufactured for heavy duty use – 24/7.
The unique design of the NOVOX® allows for efficient handling.
High precision construction of the plate & frame assembly, and the hydraulic closing mechanism, combined with high-performance FILTROX filter sheets, minimize drip-loss.
Working principle (plate and frame filter)
Plate and frame filters provide large filter areas on a relatively small footprint. The filter area is separated in single plates which form stacks. Every other plate and frame has an inlet or an outlet for the filtrate. The filtration is performed parallel over the whole surface.

Applications
There is a broad field of applications for NOVOX® series filters. Its high filtration performance, top manufacturing quality and comprehensive set of certificates meet the high standards of sensitive applications such as beverage, biotech or pharmaceutical industries. The NOVOX® can successfully operate in processes with high filter cakes as well as precoat filtration.

Limiting factor for the delta p of a sheet filtration is the sheet grade and the application.

The NOVOX® is available for several different nominal sheet sizes:

Both NOVOX® 400 and NOVOX® 600 are available in three different support (chassis) lengths for various sizes of the filter stack and thus for different filter area.

Dimensions
NOVOX® Filter is available in several models; each model is determined by the filter sheet size it accepts; 1) 400 mm filter sheet, and 2) 600 mm filter sheet. Each model of the NOVOX® filter is available in 3 different chassis lengths (size 1 – 3).
Specials are available (wheels, skid incl. pump, and so on)
