TIEFENFILTRATION MIT IMMOBILISIERTER AKTIVKOHLE<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pulverf\u00f6rmige Aktivkohlen (PAC) spielen in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen eine entscheidende Rolle. Entf\u00e4rben, Desodorieren oder Entfernen anderer Spuren von Verunreinigungen sind h\u00e4ufige Anwendungen bei denen pulverf\u00f6rmige Aktivkohle in der pharmazeutischen sowie in der Lebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkeindustrie eingesetzt wird. Aufgrund ihrer einzigartigen Adsorptionseigenschaften werden PAC auch in der biotechnologischen Verarbeitung und der Herstellung von Feinchemikalien eingesetzt. Um diese verschiedenen Anforderungen bei der Aktivkohle-Filtration zu erf\u00fcllen, steht eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Aktivkohlen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Diese weisen jeweils unterschiedliche Aktivierungsniveaus, molekulare Strukturen und Reinheitsgrade auf. Die Verwendung von Aktivkohle in immobilisierter Form (z. B. in einer Filterschicht oder in einem Linsenmodul) bietet im Vergleich zur Verwendung von pulverf\u00f6rmiger Aktivkohle erhebliche Vorteile bei der Handhabung, Reinigung und Zeit (Kostenersparnis). Aktivkohle ist ein hochpor\u00f6ses adsorptives Material. Organische Verunreinigungen werden in den Poren eingeschlossen.
