Die Aufreinigung von Impfstoffen ist ein kritischer Schritt im Herstellungsverfahren. Zellen und Zelltr\u00fcmmer sowie unerw\u00fcnschte Verunreinigungen wie Wirtszellproteine (HCPs) und Nukleins\u00e4uren m\u00fcssen entfernt werden und am Ende muss eine optimale Produktausbeute gew\u00e4hrleistet sein.
