Bislang wird die Suspension in drei Schritten filtriert, bevor eine Sterilfiltration mit einer 0.2 \u03bcm Membran durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann. Um die Sterilfiltration zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, muss vor jedem Filtrationsschritt ein Flockungsmittel zugegeben werden.
