Filtrar el aceite para fre\u00edr peri\u00f3dicamente es, con diferencia, la recomendaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante para conseguirlo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la filtraci\u00f3n, existen otros dos procedimientos que siguen los restaurantes para tratar de prolongar la vida \u00fatil del aceite. Cuando los operadores usan el m\u00e9todo &#8220;cascading&#8221;, el aceite se mueve de una tina con menor contenido de part\u00edculas y un color de aceite m\u00e1s claro (entorno de aceite para fre\u00edr menos &#8220;hostil&#8221;) a tinas con m\u00e1s desechos y un color de aceite m\u00e1s oscuro (circunstancias m\u00e1s agresivas).<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia ha demostrado que la vida \u00fatil del aceite para fre\u00edr se preserva mejor cuando se sigue el enfoque \u201cde la cuna a la tumba\u201d.
